• Price is based on two people sharing a Cosy Room (upgrades available). Please contact us for single occupancy rates.
• Package includes a three-night stay – Tuesday 24 – Friday 27 December 2024 – Christmas Day Lunch and a Full English Breakfast each morning.
• Please contact us directly after booking if you require a dog-friendly bedroom. A £20.00 supplement per dog per night applies. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

• We will ask for your credit or debit card details and a non-refundable 25% deposit when you make your booking.
• Full payment will be taken when you check out from your stay.

• Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking.
• You can cancel/modify your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check in time (15:00), but note that the 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
• Balance to be paid at the property.
• Full payment required at time of check-in. 
• Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• All packages are offered subject to availability.
• Package includes three-night B&B stay with a Full English Breakfast each morning, Christmas Day Lunch with all the trimmings and a bottle of Prosecco for your table.
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account, which must be settled prior to departure. | Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
• Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
• Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of two dogs.
• We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
