Pack your pup, too!

Dogs can enjoy a festive stay with you too, at a cost of £20.00 per pooch per stay (up to two dogs in selected rooms). Dog stays must be pre-booked. Please call us on 01263 722671 to request a dog-friendly room when you make your booking. Unfortunately, if you arrive having packed a pup without booking, we may not be able to accommodate you.

All pups will receive a Hound Bag tote filled with useful accessories for their stay, including a tennis ball, poo bags, dog treats and a walking map featuring routes local to the hotel.

Terms & conditions

  • Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking.
  • You can cancel/modify your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check in time (15:00), but note that the 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
  • Balance to be paid at the property.
  • Full payment required at time of check-in. 
  • Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
  • All packages are offered subject to availability.
  • Package includes three-night B&B stay with a Full English Breakfast each morning, Christmas Day Lunch with all the trimmings and a bottle of Prosecco for your table.
  • Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account, which must be settled prior to departure. | Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
  • Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
  • Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of two dogs.
  • We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
  • Price is based on two people sharing a double/twin room.
